“Sophie,” said Nelson. “Sophie…”
“Yes, Nelson,” Sophie gently replied.
“Sophie, would you…,”
“Would you like to go on a hot-air balloon ride with me?” 
“Why, I’d love to!” said Sophie (though she sounded a bit disappointed). She held on tight to Nelson–but she was impressed again with what a strong, soft, furry young hedgehog he was. 
“I asked our mutual friend Meow what she thought you might like to do,” explained Nelson. “And she suggested this.” 
The balloons shot straight up into the sky! “Sophie…,” said Nelson.
“Yes, Nelson,” replied Sophie.
Up, up they went. “I love you!” shouted Nelson. 
“I … knooowwww!” shouted Sophie. “I grew up watching the same movies you did, after all.”
